• What does 'Working Days' mean ?

  Working Days relates to the active days of warehouse operations across out network which correlates to delivery collections. Delivery collections take place several times a day Monday-Friday and some weekends. Support Team working days are Monday-Thursday.

• What Is Same Day Dispatch ?
