Why haven't I heard back on my support ticket ?

Due to the incredibly high volume of messages on a daily basis, it is taking longer than normal for our email agents to work through support tickets. Most questions will relate to :

Q: Where's my item ?
A: Please refer back to the product page as the item is either listed with an extended dispatch time or listed as a pre-order.

Q: I haven't received my parcel but had tracking?
A: Most items take 2-3 working days for delivery unless a faster shipping method has been selected, however during busier times may take longer for processing by the delivery provider.
