We are experiencing some delays on the following ranges due to the Red Sea Shipping Situation, resulting in our cargo partners to be sent back to ports, take the long way around Cape Of Good Hope instead of through the shorter route via Suez Canal or be held in transit. Our teams are working closely with our partners to get stock in the UK as fast and safely as possible.

High Volume Of Messages

Our support team is experiencing high daily volumes of enquiries and are advising 4-7 working days for tickets to be processed during working hours Mon-Fri. Please refer back to the product page and FAQ page as most questions can be found on these pages. Our support team is made up of 3 full time agents, processing a average of 1150 support tickets a day but are receiving consistently 1800 tickets per day which is causing a processing delay.
