Our support team is experiencing high daily volumes of enquiries and are advising 4-7 working days for tickets to be processed during working hours Mon-Fri. Please refer back to the product page and FAQ page as most questions can be found on these pages. Our support team is made up of 3 full time agents, processing a average of 1150 support tickets a day but are receiving consistently 1800 tickets per day which is causing a processing delay.
